- You must be 21 years of age.
- Your California issued driver’s license or state I.D. along with your valid doctor’s recommendation must be shown every time you obtain medicinal cannabis from Pineapple Xpress.
- Medication is for personal use only. Any indication otherwise will result in immediate expulsion and termination of membership.
- Dispensing of medication is a crime. It is grounds for termination of membership.
- Everyone present at time of delivery must be a verified patient.
- Cell phones should not be used at the door while purchasing medication.
- Respect the Drivers. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
- Members are allowed one delivery per day.
